One Stop Shop Service - Options Available:
  • Debt consolidation loans-debt consolidation secured loan, unsecured loan, remortgage
  • Debt management
  • IVA
The Benefits of these Options
  • Debt consolidation-Enables you to rearrange your credit and get back on track. Allows you to repay credit card debt, store cards and unsecured debt giving you one lower, affordable monthly payment. You may be able to reduce your credit repayments by up to 50%
  • Debt management-Debt management uk allows you to cut your outgoings and cut the hassle related to unmanageable debt. Your debt management company negotiate reduced payments with your creditors. You pay the debt management company and they pay your creditors. The payment you make is one that you can afford after you’ve paid all your essential bills such as food and rent. You can forward any letters and refer telephone calls from your creditors to your debt management company. Unlike an IVA, debt management is an informal arrangement not involving the courts nor requiring minimum debts. Unlike a secured debt consolidation loan your home is not required as security for the arrangement.
  • IVA-Depending on your circumstances an Individual Voluntary Arrangement can be an effective alternative to bankruptcy. It may allow you to reduce debt levels, protect assets and make more affordable repayments. There are conditions relating to taking out an IVA, for example you or your partner must be in full time employment and there are minimum levels of unsecured debt that apply. In addition the majority of your creditors must vote in favour of an IVA. Subject to satisfying all criteria you will be put on a payment plan where you will pay an affordable monthly payment which will be distributed between your creditors. Under an IVA assets such as your home are protected. Interest and charges on loans will be frozen and creditors cannot contact you to try to get additional monies once the arrangement is in place.

Which option is right for you?
Debt consolidation loan? Credit card debt consolidation? Which solution best suits your needs? The best solution depends on an individual’s unique circumstances. We recognise that every one of our customers has different circumstances and needs. Because of this, it is only after fully discussing your circumstances and, subject to status, that a recommendation will be made and the best solution agreed.
